Program Description

What does it mean to accept yourself fully, with all of your perfect imperfections? To take an honest, fearless look at your naked self and stay there acknowledging both the frailty and the glory in the same glance?

In this workshop, Chris Grosso, author of Indie Spiritualist and Everything Mind: What I’ve Learned about Hard Knocks, Spiritual Awakening, and the Mind-Blowing Truth of It All, and Sera Beak, author of The Red BookRed Hot and Holy, and Redvelations, will address these questions, guiding you to use your difficult life experiences as catalysts towards spiritual awakening.

In this workshop, you will learn to:

  • Make friends with your past and let go of lingering judgment, resentment, or blame
  • Create open space for healing and stepping into your divine radiance
  • Connect to your inner wisdom for the truth about who you are and what you want
  • Love yourself and others without holding back.

Through meditations, compassion practices, movement, journaling, and dialogue, you will reimagine your past in the light of compassion and see yourself as fully whole and capable of creating the happiness, love, and meaningful life you desire.

If you’re ready to begin living with radical self-acceptance, this is the place to begin.

Why Attend?
